Meet Rachel Smith: Owner and Instructor of Kaizen Yoga

Welcome to Kaizen Yoga! My name is Rachel Smith, and I am the proud owner and instructor of this studio. I have been practicing yoga since 2015 and went to school for it in 2018 in Indonesia, where I received my hours through YogaWorks. Teaching creative flows and sharing my love of the practice is my passion, and I'm excited to share it with the Amarillo community.

The name "Kaizen" was inspired by the Japanese philosophy of continuous improvement, which perfectly embodies the essence of yoga. Yoga is not just about achieving a specific goal; it is a journey of self-discovery, personal growth, and self-improvement. At Kaizen Yoga, we believe that every step we take towards bettering ourselves is an important one, no matter how small.
